Mark C gave me the turn-by-turn directions so I put them on a map and the route is 83 miles and there will be a 50-55 mile option. Stops at the new market at 33/Clear Creek road at mile 25 and Laurelville at mile 48. Also going through Stoutsville. Mark also agreed to push the start to 10:00am. So, those who are interested will gather at Gloryland Nazarene Church on Coonpath (about a mile east of #33) with a start time of 10:00am. 83 miles is a big jump for many of us who have been bopping around the countryside doing 50 mile routes so I'll lead a group at a "survival pace" and Steve O can lead a group at a race pace. Maps will be gigantic and easy to read.
If you are wondering who else is coming, I have heard from a broad assortment of cyclists so you'll fit in there somewhere and all are welcome.

Totally up for shorter than 100. This does not mean 99...Only alternatives I know of are Dave's winter ride out of London and Bob is leading the 72 mile Spot route out of Canal Saturday.

Looks to be chilly Saturday morning at the start time (31 @ 9am). If the start time can be influenced, I'd suggest a 10am start just to get better temps. I think the turnout would probably be better with a warmer start too.

Sunday.... now Sunday is looking quite nice now that I'm glancing at the weather a bit more. Looks to be about 40 at 9am. There's still a Cyclist Connection departure Sunday mornings at 9am isn't there?

I agree with RD on start time. Also, Janet and I will be there if we can do say, 60 miles? maaaaybe 70? Both of us have been sick. Nate, yes there is still a 9am ride out of CC Sundays. I plan to be there. Don't forget to set your clocks one hour ahead Sat. night!!

I'd prefer to start at 9. I get the evil eye when I start too late in the day. What time is Bob's SPOT check ride?

So is Mark C or Mark W assuming liability for this ride?
