CFC Southbound Route Problem?

I received a call from someone who was part of a small group ride that started from Granville, rode to Sugar Grove and followed this year's CFC route to Marietta. He said at mile 93 of the CFC route, a road named Schott or something like that, has a 3 mile stretch of gravel that includes a hill with an 18% grade. He emphasized how dangerous this section was, especially coming this late in the route. Can anyone verify this or perhaps pass on to Frank Seebode?

They were following a GPS file that was not correct. The route goes futher east on County 4 and then turns on the next road that goes south. All roads on CFC are paved. Some may be rough, but they are paved. I appreciate the fact I was alerted to the GPS file error.
Commentary
Climbing and decending gravel hills on road bikes is a bit of an art form. They got to go up so it looks like they got some pratice mastering part of the craft. I will say that some folks seem to totally surrender to technology. They left a beautifully paved road to ride 1 1/2 miles on a gravel road. Did anyone question that the input data might be wrong. Did anyone stop to investigate the possibility of another way. Apparantly not. The computer said this was the way and it must be better than us when it comes do decision and judgement skills. Or, they really like riding on gravel, I can give them a gps file with plenty of gravel. It would be interesting to see what folks would do if we input data telling them to ride over cliff like lemmings, no strike that, I am afraid to many would ride over the cliff.
